Cookies Policy
What this website and the RomAIx GEO platform store on your device, who puts it there, and how to manage it.
Last updated: October 15, 2026
This page says what is stored on your device when you use this website and the RomAIx GEO platform, and who puts it there. It belongs with our privacy policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website places on your computer, tablet or phone. Local storage is a similar place in your browser where a site can keep small settings. Some are needed for a site to work; others measure visits or follow you for advertising.
2. This website
We set no advertising cookies on this website. We count visits with Google Analytics, but only after you accept in the cookie bar.
- Your preferences. The site keeps a few settings in your browser’s local storage, such as light or dark colours, whether you closed the pop-up and your answer in the cookie bar. They stay on your device and are not sent to us.
- Google Analytics. Only after you press Accept in the cookie bar. Google then sets two cookies,
_gaand_ga_followed by our property’s code, to count visits and to see which pages and posts bring people here. They are kept for up to two years. Google Analytics does not store your IP address, and we do not use it for advertising. If you press Decline, Google Analytics is not loaded at all. You can change your answer at any time under “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page; withdrawing your consent deletes these cookies. See Google’s privacy policy. - Calendly. When the booking calendar loads (when you press “Show the calendar” or “Book a call”, or, once you have pressed Accept in the cookie bar, when you scroll to it), Calendly sets its own cookies. In the calendar set into our pages we have switched off Calendly’s cookie notice; the pop-up calendar still shows it. See Calendly’s privacy notice.
- Cloudflare Turnstile. When the human check on the content calendar tool is switched on, Cloudflare may set a cookie that is needed to tell people from automated requests.
- Google Fonts. The animated demo of the content engine loads its typeface from Google. This sets no cookie, but your browser passes your IP address to Google.
3. The RomAIx GEO platform
The platform at app.romaix.ai sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and none before you sign in. When you sign in, our sign-in service (Supabase) sets a cookie whose name starts with sb- and ends in -auth-token. It keeps you signed in until you sign out.
Payments are not yet taken inside the platform. When they are, Stripe will set its own cookies at checkout, and we will list them here.
4. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser’s settings. If you block them, your preferences on this website are forgotten at each visit, and signing in to the RomAIx GEO platform will not work.
5. Your rights
You have the rights described in our privacy policy: to see, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, and to receive it in a usable file. Email privacy@romaix.ai.
6. Changes
We update this page when what we store changes. The date at the top shows the last change.
